Who we are
JPS Construction was founded in 2014 with a straightforward ambition: to bring genuine craft and rigorous project management to residential construction in Hertfordshire. A decade on, we have built a reputation for delivering complex refurbishments and extensions to an exceptionally high standard – on time, on budget, and with the care our clients’ homes deserve.
What We Do
We specialise in high-end residential refurbishment and extensions, working with homeowners, architects and interior designers across Hertfordshire and the wider Home Counties. Our portfolio spans full property transformations, basement and loft conversions, heritage works and large-scale extensions – projects where quality of finish and close client collaboration are non-negotiable. We currently manage seven to eight projects at any one time, each with a dedicated senior team from start to finish.
Our Process
Every project is assigned a dedicated project manager and quantity surveyor from day one. This structure gives our clients a consistent point of contact, full cost transparency, and the confidence that nothing falls through the gaps. We work closely alongside architects and professional teams, and take pride in the relationships we build along the way. The majority of our work comes through recommendation – something we consider the clearest measure of the trust our clients place in us.
