Project Management & Surveying
Every JPS project is assigned a dedicated project manager and quantity surveyor from day one. Between them, they own the programme, the budget, and the procurement –so nothing drifts and nothing is left to chance. Our project managers coordinate directly with architects, designers and the wider professional team, keeping all parties aligned from pre-start through to handover. Our clients always know where their project stands.
On Site
We have a team of skilled tradespeople on every site, led by an experienced site manager who sets the standard and keeps the project moving. Where specialist trades are required, we work with a trusted network of subcontractors we have built relationships with over many years – people who know our standards and consistently deliver to them. The result is a reliable, professional site environment and a quality of output we can genuinely stand behind.
Quality & Finish
Our projects are defined by attention to detail and an uncompromising standard of finish. We work with trusted specialist trades for joinery, stonework and bespoke elements, and our site managers carry out regular quality checks throughout every stage. We don’t consider a job done until the finish meets our standards – and yours.
Health & Safety
JPS is CHAS accredited, demonstrating compliance with health and safety legislation across all our projects. Every site operates under a formal health and safety plan, with regular inspections carried out throughout the build. Our team takes its responsibilities seriously – both to the people on our sites and to the clients whose homes we are working in.
Aftercare
Our relationship with clients doesn’t end at handover. Every completed project comes with a four- year workmanship warranty, and we remain available to address anything that arises after you move back in. If something needs attention, just pick up the phone – we’ll be there.
